Marc Cousins founded Jax Tiny Homes after seeing the same problem over and over: Jacksonville homeowners wanted to add a second home to their property — for aging parents, rental income, or an adult child — but couldn't find a local builder who handled everything from permits to keys without the runaround.

So he built that company.
